Abstract
U radu se obrađuje položaj okrivljenika i njegovo ispitivanje u kaznenom postupku. Što se tiče položaja okrivljenika rad obrađuje okrivljenikova prava u tijeku kaznenog postupka, a u svezi s tim i trenutak kada određena osoba može steći ta prava. Osim toga rad određuje koje su zadaće i ovlasti državnih tijela, u prvom redu policije i državnog odvjetnika, a potom i njihov međusobni odnos koji je ključan za uspješnu provedbu kaznenog postupka.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the position of the defendant and his examination in criminal proceedings. With regard to the position of the defendant, the paper deals with the defendant's rights during the course of criminal proceedings, and in connection with that, the moment when a certain person can acquire these rights. In addition, the work determines the tasks and powers of state bodies, primarily the police and the state attorney, and then their mutual relationship, which is crucial for the successful implementation of criminal proceedings.
