Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira elektronifikaciju parničnog postupka sa svim njegovim pozitivnim i negativnim stranama. Sagledane su i reforme pravosuđa u Republici Hrvatskoj koje su, postupno, dovele do sve veće digitalizacije pravosudnog sustava. Nadalje, rad analizira i potencijalne promjene pravosudnog sustava u budućnosti te kako je pandemija COVID-19 ubrzala primjenu zakonskih okvira koji govore o elektronifikaciji parničnog postupka. Naposljetku, u zaključku se iznose sve prednosti koje elektronifikacija donosi, ali ujedno se ističu i svi izazovi na koje pravosudni sustav u sklopu elektronifikacije mora odgovoriti.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the digitization of the litigation process, along with its positive and negative aspects. It examines the judicial reforms in the Republic of Croatia that have gradually led to an increased digitization of the judicial system. Furthermore, the paper analyzes potential changes in the judicial system in the future and how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the implementation of legal frameworks related to the digitization of the litigation process. Lastly, the conclusion presents all the advantages brought by digitization while highlighting the challenges that the judicial system must address in the process.
