Abstract
Kroz diplomski rad obradit ću temu ugovora o franchisingu kojeg je stvorila trgovačka ugovorna praksa. U samom ugovoru davatelj franchisinga daje dozvolu primatelju franchisinga za obavljanje određenih poslova, prodaju ili proizvodnju proizvoda na određenom geografskom području. Ovaj model poslovanja se jako brzo širi jer omogućuje primateljima franchisinga da uz podršku davatelja franchisinga brzo nauče način poslovanja i ostvaruju financijsku dobit. Kako se model poslovanja širi tako i njihov žig i tvrtka postaju prepoznatljiviji. U daljnjem tekstu razradit ću glavne karakteristike i obilježja ugovora o franchisingu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the subject of the franchising contract which has been developed by lex mercatoria. In the contract, the franchisor licenses the franchisee to carry out particular activities, sell or manufacture on a specific geographical area. This business model is spreading fast because it enables the franchisees to learn business practices from the franchisor fast and gain financial wealth. With the spreading of their business model, their trademark and their company gain more recognition. In the thesis, the main characteristics and features of the franchising contract will be elaborated.
