Abstract
U ovom se radu analizira tzv. balon rata u okviru ugovora o leasingu, njene posebnosti i primjena u stvarnoj praksi. Balon rata u leasingu je veća jednokratna uplata koja se plaća na kraju leasing razdoblja. Ova rata omogućava smanjenje mjesečnih plaćanja tijekom trajanja ugovora, jer se značajan dio ukupnog iznosa odgađa do završetka leasing perioda. Da bi ju bolje shvatili, detaljno smo objasnili i sam ugovor o leasingu. Posebno smo se dotakli svih specifičnosti koje ga krase, a tiču se i davatelja i primatelja leasinga.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the so-called Ballon payment lease within the leasing contract, its peculiarities and application in real practice. Ballon payment in leasing is a larger one-time payment that is paid at the end of the leasing period. This installment enables the reduction of monthly payments during the duration of the contract, because a significant part of the total amount is postponed until the end of the leasing period. In order for you to understand it better, we have explained the leasing contract itself in detail. We have especially touched on all the specifics that adorn it, which concern both the leasing provider and receiver.
