Abstract
U ovom radu analizira se utjecaj novih tehnologija i umjetne inteligencije na pojavu platformskog rada. Uočavaju se pozitivne i negativne strane koje donose uporaba novih tehnologija i umjetne inteligencije, kako na svakodnevni život, tako i na sferu radnih odnosa te njihovu pravnu regulaciju, posebice pojavu platformskog rada. U tom kontekstu obradila sam pravnu regulative koja uređuje platformski rad na razini Međunarodne organizacije rada, Europske unije, kao i hrvatsko radno zakonodavstvo. Radi boljeg raumijevanja navedene materije platformskog rada navedeno je nekoliko sudskih presuda europskih sudova.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyses to a larger extent, the impact of new technologies, artificial intelligence and the emerge of platform work. It mentions the problems that inevitably follow the mentioned phenomena in modern world, possible solutions, points of view as well as positive and negative aspects that the mentioned novelties bring in everyday life, their influence on the law and the legal view. Furthermore, I analysed some regulations brought within the European Union and domestic law, and also within International Work Organisation.. Several precedents of juidicial practice of the European courts are also mentioned.
