Abstract
Poznavanje načela je važno zbog lakšeg razumijevanja zakonskih rješenja, pravilnog tumačenja pojedinih odredbi i procesnih instituta. Načela u kaznenom postupku su pravne postavke na kojima se temelji sustav pozitivnog kaznenog procesnog prava. Ona su ključna za osiguranje pravednosti i formalnosti postupka. U ovom radu je pobliže objašnjeno načelo javnosti sudske rasprave u kaznenom postupku, koje omogućuje nazočnost javnosti na sudskoj raspravi. U hrvatskom pravu, pojam sudske rasprave,... Abstract (english)
Knowledge of principles is important for easier understanding of legal solutions, correct interpretation of individual provisions and procedural institutes. Principles in criminal procedure are legal principles on which the system of positive criminal procedural law is based. They are crucial for ensuring the fairness and formality of the procedure. This paper explains in more detail the principle of public hearings in criminal proceedings, which enables the presence of the public at... More court hearings. In Croatian law, the term court hearing refers, in addition to the first-instance hearing, to the session of the second-instance panel, the hearing of the second-instance court and to the announcement of the verdict.
