Abstract
U ovom radu analizirat će se i objasniti pojam porezne evazije kao i s njom povezani porezni i novčani delikti poput utaje poreza, pranja novca, kružnih prijevara PDV-a kao i subvencijskih prijevara. Radi što bolje obrade, ovaj rad će prikazati moralne i psihološke razloge koji dovode do porezne evazije i s njom povezanih imovinskih delikata, procese nastajanja ovih delikata te što se može učiniti kako bi se ovi delikti spriječili odnosno sveli na što manju moguću mjeru. Cilj ovog rada je, pored analize pojma porezna evazija, ukazati i na konstantno razvijanje novih tehnika i načina zbog kojih porezna evazija i povezani imovinski delikti i dalje ostaju veliki i teško rješivi problem za moderne države.
Abstract (english)
This paper will analyze and explain what tax evasion is and what are other violations like money laundering, carousel VAT frauds, and subvention fraudes that go along with tax evasion. To give the best possible insight, this paper will cover reasons behind tax evasion and other violations from moral and psychological point of view, how these violetions occur and what possible methods can be implemented to reduce these tax violetions as much as possible. The paper's aim is, besides analyzing the term of tax evasion, note that new tehniques and methodes of tax evasion are constantly developing and that they are still big and almost unsolvable problem for modern day countries
