Abstract
Moderna država razvila se tijekom posljednje polovine tisućljeća, prvenstveno u Europi. Država kao moderna društvena struktura kroz promicanje stabilnosti predstavlja interakciju unutar struktura i teži stabilizaciji. Kada se promatraju razvijene zemlje, treba uzeti u obzir da su upravni sustavi u njima sve sličniji. Ipak, treba uzeti u obzir i povijesne okolnosti njihova nastanka i razvoja. Veliki europski upravni sustavi doživjeli su brojne upravne reforme i modernizacijske prilagodbe.... More Završni rad prati upravne reforme u Velikoj Britaniji, Njemačkoj i Francuskoj. Ovi upravni sustavi imaju različito povijesno naslijeđe koje ima znatan utjecaj na provođenje svih daljnjih reformi. U nastavku rada je prikazan proces i uspješnost provođenja upravnih reformi u tim sustavima. Less
Abstract (english)
The modern state has evolved over the last half millennium, primarily in Europe. The state as a modern social structure through the promotion of stability represents interaction within structures and strives for stabilization. Comparing developed countries, it's important to know that the administrative systems in them are increasingly similar. However, the historical circumstances of their origin and development should also should be kept in mind. Large European administrative systems... More have undergone a number of administrative reforms and modernization adjustments. Final work follows administrative reforms in the UK, Germany and France. These administrative systems have a different historical legacy that has a significant impact on the implementation of all further reforms.
