Abstract
U završnom radu obrađuje se tema „Uloga suda u kaznenom postupku“. Naglasak u radu je stavljen na ulogu suda kroz kazneni postupak, njegovo ustrojstvo te sudski sustav u Hrvatskoj, a na samom početku ukratko je obašnjen i kazneni postupak. U radu je svaka od prethodno navedenih tema detaljno analizirana, a također su prikazana itemeljna načela povezana uz funkciju suđenja u kaznenom postupku te nadležnosti sudova. Uz nadležnost sudova opisane su i posljedice nenadležnosti i sukoba nadležnosti. Na samom kraju rada nalazi se poglavlje o sucima, njihovo imenovanje i razrješenje, izuzeće te njihov imunitet i odgovornost. Cilj rada je detaljno opisati i prikazati sud, kao i njegovu ulogu u kaznenom postupku.
Abstract (english)
Thisfinalpaperdeals with the topic "The role of the court in criminal proceedings". The emphasis in the paper is placed on the role of the court through criminal proceedings, its organization and the judicial system in Croatia. The introductory part of the paper briefly presents the course of criminal proceedings in Croatia. Every topic mentioned aboved is analyzed in details. The paper also deals with the basic principles related to the function of the trial in criminal proceedings and thejurisdictionofthecourts. Situationsregardinglackofjurisdictionandconflictofjurisdiction are alsodescribedinthepaper. At theendofthepaper one chapterofthepaperisdedicated to thejudges, theirappointmentand dismissal, exemption, and their immunity and liability. The aim of this paper is to describe and present in detail the court, as well as its role in criminal proceedings
