Abstract
U ovom radu govori se o carinskom sustavu Republike Hrvatske, carinskom sustavu Europske Unije, te samoj prilagodbi Republike Hrvatske sustavu i propisima Europske Unije, te promjenama koje su utjecale na uvoz i izvoz proizvoda i usluga nakon pristupanja Europskoj uniji. Nakon što je Republika Hrvatska 2013. postala punopravnom članicom Europske unije ona je i postala dio jedinstvenog tržišta Unije na kojem su ukinute carine za sav trgovinski promet između država članica. Hrvatska je počela primjenjivati Zajedničku trgovinsku politiku što je utjecalo na povećani uvoz i izvoz dobara i usluga iz Republike Hrvatske u zemlje članice Europske unije. U samom procesu prilagodbe Republika Hrvatska je morala i prihvatiti određene propise Europske unije, te uvesti NCTS sustav u svoj carinski sustav kojim se napušta papirnata dokumentacija i sve se obavlja putem interneta. Također, danom pristupanja Europskoj uniji, Hrvatska izlazi iz CEFTA-e.
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses the customs system of the Republic of Croatia, the European customs system Union, and the very adjustment of the Republic of Croatia to the system and regulations of the European Union, and changes that have affected the import and export of products and services after accession to the European Union. After the Republic of Croatia became a full member of the European Union in 2013, it became part of the single market of the Union, where customs duties were abolished for all trade between Member States. Croatia began to apply the Common Trade Policy, which affected the increased import and export of goods and services from the Republic of Croatia to the European Union member states. In the process of adjustment, the Republic of Croatia had to accept certain regulations of the European Union, and introduce the NCTS system in its customs system, which abandons paper documents and everything is done via the Internet. Also, on the day of accession to the European Union, Croatia leaves CEFTA.
