Abstract
Rad obrađuje temeljne teoretske i praktične osnove funkcioniranja kriptovaluta i kriptoimovine, s fokusom na bitcoin. Objašnjava temelje monetarne teorije koji su bitni za kriptovalute, mehanizme iza bitcoina, poput rudarenja i provjera ključeva. Obrađuje praksu u administrativnom i sudskom životu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Hrvatska narodna banka dala je nekoliko mišljenja o naravi kriptoimovine te njenom statusu u kontekstu hrvatskih zakona i monetarnog sustava, koja se obrađuju. Obrađuje najvažnije dijelove MICAe i približava čitatelju temeljne novine koje predstavlja. Bijele knjige, načini na koji se dobiva ili gubi mogućnost poslovanja u EU na polju kriptoimovine, ograničenja i barijere postavljene radi osnaživanja pozicije Unije nad državama članicama, zašite potrošača i druge bitne novine.
Abstract (english)
The paper covers fundemental theoretical and practical basics of how cryptocurrencies and crypto-assets function, with a focus on Bitcoin. It explains thje fundemental monetary thjeories important for cryptocurriences, mechanisms behind bitcoin, such as mining and key verification. It deals with administrative and court practice in the life of Republic of Croatia. Croatian National Bank gave a number of opinions on the nature of crypto-assets and ist status in the context of Croatian legal and monetary system, which are given exposition of. It deals with the most important parts of MICA and helps the reader to understand the new phenomena it is introducing. White papers, ways of gaining and losing the ability to trade and place in crypto-assets in the EU, limitations and barriers set for making the Union more powerful versus member states, consumer protection and others.
