Abstract
U ovom se radu analizira podjela društva u okviru ostalih statusnih promjena. Sama mogućnost promjenjivosti, koja je dana dioničarima u njihovu djelovanju uvođenjem podjele društva, dovela je zakonodavca do obveze stvaranja i propisivanja uvjeta pod kojima isti mogu djelovati, a da njihovo djelovanje, organizacija i poslovanje budu u skladu s pozitivnim pravnim pravilima i potrebama aktualnog tržišta.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the division of society within the framework of other status changes. The very possibility of variability, which was given to shareholders in their actions by the introduction of the division of the company, led the legislator to the obligation to create and prescribe the conditions under which they can operate, and that their actions, organization and operations are in accordance with positive legal rules and the needs of the current market.
