Abstract
Tema završnog rada je prikaz i analiza teorija organizacije. Radi se o području proučavanja koje ispituje strukturu, funkcioniranje i učinak organizacija te ponašanje pojedinaca i grupa unutar njih. Također, teorija organizacije integrira uvide iz različitih disciplina, uključujući sociologiju, upravnu znanost, psihologiju, antropologiju i menadžment kako bi se razumjelo kako organizacije rade, razvijaju se i komuniciraju sa svojim okruženjima. Polazeći od određenja osnovnih pojmova (teorije i... More organizacijske teorije), a na temelju pregleda znanstvene i stručne literature, u radu se prikazuju i analiziraju klasična i neoklasična teorija organizacije, makro teorije i meta teorije organizacije, te neki elementi i oblici suvremenih organizacije. Suvremene organizacije imaju organizacijsku strukturu takvu da se zasniva na timovima, mrežama i suradnji. Glavni koncept je proširenje aktivnosti gdje se izazovi lakše prihvaćaju. U odnosu na klasične organizacije koje su prikazane u radu, suvremene organizacije su dinamičnije s višestrukim poslovnim strategijama. Less

The main topic of the final paper is organisational theory. Organisational theory examines the structure, functioning and performance of organisations as well as the behaviour of individuals and groups within these organisations. In addition, organisational theory integrates insights from various disciplines, including sociology, administrative science, psychology, anthropology and management, to understand how organisations function, develop and interact with their environment. More the definition of basic terms (theory and organisational theory), and based on a review of scientific and professional literature, this paper presents and analyses classical and neoclassical organisational theory, macro theories and meta organisational theories, as well as some elements and forms of contemporary organisations. Contemporary organisations have an organisational structure based on teams, networks and cooperation. The main concept is the expansion of activities in which challenges can be taken on more easily.
