Abstract
Kroz diplomski rad obradit će se tema utjecaja FIDIC pravila na ugovor o građenju kojim se izvođač obvezuje prema određenom projektu izgraditi u ugovorenom roku određenu građevinu na određenom zemljištu, ili na takvom zemljištu, odnosno na postojećoj građevini izvesti kakve druge građevinske radove, dok se naručitelj, s druge strane, obvezuje isplatiti mu za to određenu cijenu. Predmet ugovora o građenju često je velike financije vrijednosti, a složenosti ovog ugovora pridonosi i, često, velik broj sudionika u tom poslovnom pothvatu. U radu će biti razrađen sam pojam i obilježja ugovora o građenju te utjecaj FIDIC pravila na isti.
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis will deal with the subject of the impact of FIDIC rules on the construction contract, which obliges the contractor, according to a certain project, to build a certain building on a certain land within the agreed period, or to carry out some other construction works on such land, that is, on an existing building, while the client, on the other hand, it obliges to pay him a certain price for it. The subject of a construction contract is often of great financial value, and the complexity of this contract is often contributed by the large number of participants in the business venture. The paper will elaborate the very concept and features of the construction contract and the impact of FIDIC rules on it.
