Abstract
U ovom radu pobliže ćemo se upoznati s načinom poslovanja pojedinih trgovačkih društava na području turističke djelatnosti, ujedno i najunosnije djelatnosti za Republiku Hrvatsku. Prvo dio teksta bavi se pitanjem organizacije i ustrojavanja trgovačkih društava kao jednim od subjekata poslovanja na turističkom tržištu. Prema Popisu turističkih agencija iz 2021. godine, koji je objavljen na mrežnim stranicama Minsarstva turizma i sporta, kao najčešći oblik ustrojavanja trgovačkih društava javlja se društvo s ograničenom odgovornosti pa je posebna pažnja posvećena upravo tom tipu trgovačkog drušva. Drugi dio rada spada u materiju trgovačkog prava budući da se bavi obveznopravnim odnosima u koje stupaju stranke pri zaključivanju određenog tipa turističkog ugovora. Nadalje, posebno su obrađena tri tipa ugovora (izravni ugovor o hotelskim uslugama, ugovor o alotmanu i ugovor o organiziranju putovanja) te su priloženi praktični primjeri koji obuhvačaju opće uvjete poslovanja hotela i tipizirane ugovore turističkih agencija.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis we shall take a closer look at the business dealings of certain companies related to tourism which in turn is one of the most profitable industries for the Republic of Croatia. The first part of the thesis deals with the question of company organisation as one of the subjects of buisiness dealings in the tourism market. Acording to the list of travel agencies registreted in 2021., which was published on the official site of Ministry of tourism and sport, the most common type of company registered are LTD companies, as such, special attention has been given to this type of company organisation. The second part deals with the core of commercial law since it deals with legal relations in which parties commit to signing a certain type of contract. Furthermore, special attention has been given to three types of contracts (direct contract containing hotel arrangments, allotment contracts and contracts involving travel arrangments). Examples have been stated that include general terms of engament of a certain hotel and adhesion contrats of travel agencies
