Abstract
Postoji veliki interes Republike Hrvatske po pitanju zaštite Jadranskog mora. Cilj diplomskog rada je obrazložiti pravne propise za zaštitu Jadranskog mora. Nužno je temeljno upoznati ukupni sustav međunarodnih i nacionalnih propisa kojima se regulira zaštita i očuvanje morskog okoliša. Propisi sadrže obveze i prava koja treba poznavati i primjenjivati. U radu se stoga razlažu propisi koji su međunarodnopravni instrumenti, posebno Konvencija Ujedinjenih Naroda o pravu mora iz 1982. god., te ugovori koji su ograničeni na određenu regiju, u ovom radu Sredozemlje. Zatim grupu propisa koja se odnosi samo na Jadransko more i zaštićeni ekološki-ribolovni pojas, te druge norme isključivo pravnog poretka koji se odnose na materiju ekološke ravnoteže i zaštite Jadranskog mora.
Abstract (english)
There is a great interest of the Republic of Croatia in protecting the Adriatic Sea. The aim of the thesis is to explain the legal regulations for the protection of the Adriatic Sea. It is necessary to thoroughly familiarize with the overall system of international and national regulations regulating the protection and preservation of the marine environment. Regulations contain obligations and rights that should be known and applied. The regulations therefore analyzes the regulations that are international legal instruments, especially The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea from 1982., and treaties that are limited to the region or the Mediterranean. Then a group of regulations that refer only to the Adriatic Sea to protect ecological-fishing zone, and other norms exclusively of the legal order that refer to the matter of ecological balance and protection of the Adriatic Sea.
