Abstract
U radu je izložen sadržaj Zlatne bule koju je hrvatsko-ugarski kralj Bela IV. izdao Gradecu 16. studenog 1242. godine. Ovom povlasticom kralj je osnovao slobodni kraljevski grad na brdu Griču, dodijelio mu okolna područja te njegovim stanovnicima dao povlašteni status za razliku od drugih. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na uvjete pod kojima je Zlatna bula izdana te njezin utjecaj na oblikovanje prava na okolna područja.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the content of Golden bull issued by croatian-hungarian king Bela IV. issued to Gradec on November 16th 1242. With this privilege, the king founded a free royal city on the Grič hill, assigned the surrounding areas and gave its inhabitants a privileged status unlike others. I would like to place a special emphasis on the conditions under thich the golden bull was issed and its influence on the formation of law in the surrounding areas.
