The purpose of this work was to describe a particular lawsuit titled „Proceedings for interference with possession“. The process i specific because its procedural provisions can be found in the Civil procedure act. (which separates it into a special Chapter of the Law) and in the Property and other thing rights. This paper describes the course of the procedure in the usual order, starting from the initation of a lawsuit, through the course of the proceedings to legal remedies and enforcement. Some institutes that distinguish this procedure from others are described in detail. It is important to emphasize that this is an urgent procedure with limited discussion, which aims to end the procedure as soon as possible. Throughout history, it has not changed significantly, but it has its own course, which mainly consists of taking over provisions from previous regulations. The second par of this paper consists of case law that server to explain the institutes described in the first part of the paper. The practise is abundant because it's one of the most common procedures in practice.
