As the land registers enjoy confidence in the veracity of their content, everything that has not been updated in the land registers needs to be reconciled with the actual situation. For the legal transaction of real estate, it is important to legalize the object if the construction deed has not been obtained and to arrange the land registry in terms of ownership and registration of the legality of the object. Fixing the title deed means starting a certain procedure if the registered state does not correspond to the real one, and one of the ways to resolve the dispute is to start an individual correction procedure, which is a special form of procedure that provides quick implementation of court actions with minimal costs towards achieving the registration of ownership rights in situations where it is not possible to do so through a regular procedure before the land registry courts. In order for the party to have a basis for initiating the procedure, it is necessary that there is a justified reason, i.e. to make it probable that he has the right to the real estate for which he is requesting registration with proof, attaching "some document" to the file. The individual correction procedure was created in 1997. and, as a specially designed procedure, it began to be applied regularly, which is supported by statistical data on the number of cases before the Municipal Courts of the Republic of Croatia. Upon the positive outcome of the individual correct procedure of the proposer, it is entered in the land register according to the issued Decision. If the dissatisfaction arose after the registration according to the issued decision on the individual correct procedure, the interested person who felt a threat to his rights always remains to start a lawsuit before the municipal court to prove the truth of his claims.
